Birthday Party Agreement

Please review the following terms and conditions for hosting your child’s birthday party at London Martial Arts Centre. By booking a party, you agree to these terms:

Terms and Conditions

The party booking fee of CAD249 + HST is non-refundable and must be paid in advance to secure the booking.
The party booking fee for current members of the school is CAD124.50 + HST is non-refundable and must be paid in advance to secure the booking.
Up to 20 children may attend the party. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
The party includes a 50-minute Kung Fu class led by our instructors, exclusive use of the venue, and post-party cleaning.
You are responsible for bringing food, drinks, decorations, and other party items.
You may arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled party time to set up your decorations and items.
The London Martial Arts Centre is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damages during the party.
Parents/guardians must supervise their children during the party to ensure their safety.
The venue must be vacated within the allotted party time to avoid additional charges.
All child invitees attending the party must sign a waiver of liability before the activities begin.
All attendees to the premises agree to the use of their image in promotional material of the school, including, but not limited to social media, mail advertisement and printed material to promote the school activities.

By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
