Give your teen the opportunity to develop confidence, communication skills, responsibility, teamwork and leadership during an intensive three-day experience designed to prepare them for success at school, at home and in life.
Confidence isn't something teenagers are born with. It's built through challenge, encouragement, responsibility and experience.
Parents want their teenagers to become confident, responsible, respectful, resilient and capable.
But those qualities don't simply appear with age. They grow through meaningful experiences that encourage young people to communicate, solve problems, work as a team, take responsibility and step outside their comfort zone.
That's why we created Future Leaders Intensive.
This is not simply another summer activity. It's an investment in personal growth.

Not a list of topics — real qualities they'll carry into every part of their life.
The self-assurance to speak up, try new things and believe in what they're capable of.
Lead by example, take initiative and inspire others through action, not words.
Express ideas clearly, listen actively and connect with people of all ages.
Real practice standing in front of a group — a skill that pays dividends for life.
Own their words, actions and commitments — at home, at school and beyond.
Set meaningful goals and build the daily habits that turn them into reality.
Think clearly under pressure and work through challenges instead of avoiding them.
Collaborate, contribute and bring out the best in the people around them.
Step up without waiting to be asked — the trait every school, coach and employer looks for.
Push through setbacks with grit, patience and a growth mindset.
Become the friend, sibling and teammate that lifts everyone up.
Every activity is designed to get teens out of their seat, out of their comfort zone and into the actual experience of leading.

Three consecutive afternoons · 9 hours total
Everything your teen needs for a full leadership experience.
Uniform not included.
Leadership isn't about a title — it's about creating positive change in everyday life. Each participant designs and completes aCommunity Leadership Project that benefits their family, school, neighbourhood or community.
Parents quickly see what this program is really about: character, contribution and confidence — not martial arts.

A personal leadership journal filled with activities, reflections, goal-setting exercises, leadership challenges and community project planning — used during the intensive and long after, as a keepsake of their growth.

Few environments develop young people the way traditional martial arts does. It naturally builds the exact qualities parents hope to see in their teenager:
Martial arts is the teaching method — personal growth is the objective.
Non-members receive four weeks of martial arts training following the intensive — an incredible way to continue building on everything they gained during the program.
No experience required. Uniform not included.

Participants who complete the program receive a Teen Leadership Certification recognizing their commitment and growth. Graduates may be invited to continue with our Junior Leadership Team.
